Since last update you should be able to add server by it’s IP address: play.valheimgaming.com
If that doesn’t work, look through the community server listing in the server listing inside the Valheim gaming. Server name MCJ Official Valheim Server. If you don’t see it, scroll or use filter to type in the Minecraft name.
